Fury Zaidi, President, WiNG Fuel Systems

Fury Zaidi is President of WiNG Fuel Systems, a Dallas-based company engineering advanced “No Range Anxiety” bi-fuel Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) systems for Class 2–7 gasoline-powered commercial vehicles using Westport’s advanced fuel technology. WiNG has also pioneered rapid-deploy, on-site fueling solutions that enable fleets to begin fueling with natural gas at their own facilities from day one. By combining low-cost on-site fueling with bi-fuel vehicle technology, WiNG helps fleets achieve fuel costs of approximately $1.50 per gasoline gallon equivalent, fundamentally changing the economics of medium-duty fleet operations. Together, these innovations address two of the industry’s greatest barriers to natural gas adoption: driving range and affordable fueling infrastructure.

Fury brings more than four decades of entrepreneurial leadership in the transportation industry to WiNG Fuel Systems. In the 1980s, he founded Sunset Tours and Travel, establishing exclusive affiliations with Gray Line Tours and Dav El Limousines. Under his leadership, the company grew into one of the largest ground passenger transportation providers in Texas, earning a reputation for exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and sustained growth before its acquisition by Coach USA.

Building on that success, Fury entered the alternative fuels industry more than 20 years ago with a vision of making cleaner transportation economically attractive for commercial fleets. Throughout his career, he has remained focused on delivering practical solutions that reduce operating costs while improving fleet productivity and environmental performance.

WiNG Fuel Systems represents more than two decades of continuous leadership in natural gas vehicle engineering, with a heritage that includes BAF Technologies, Westport Innovations, and NGV Motori USA. That legacy is reflected in more than 100,000 natural gas vehicle conversions, services, and upgrades, along with over 20 million miles of proven CNG fleet operation.

Under Fury’s leadership, WiNG is focused on accelerating the adoption of natural gas across Class 2–7 commercial vehicles by providing complete turnkey solutions that include EPA-certified CNG/RNG vehicle systems, rapid-deploy fueling infrastructure, renewable natural gas supply, leasing and rental programs, and nationwide after-sales service and technical support. His vision is simple: make clean transportation practical, profitable, and easy to adopt by eliminating range anxiety, lowering fuel costs, and providing fleets with a single, trusted partner for every aspect of their natural gas transition.

Drawing on decades of experience as both a transportation entrepreneur and an alternative fuels executive, Fury remains committed to helping fleets improve profitability, strengthen American energy independence, and reduce emissions—one vehicle, one fleet, and one customer at a time.
